For a side project I decided to make a coffee table using a new program called Mesh Mixer.
I found this program was fairly easy to use but the program got rid of a lot of the design factor so it did all the work. Not to say that the program doing all the work isn't a great thing but it feels lazy.
The way the program works is that you import a base shape and then it manipulates the shape in the way you specify within the program. Its a super easy way to create a large range of different shapes but I feel like the final outcome shapes can be taken even further.
